Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows within Sites, Assets, and Forms
- Enhance web applications using AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and CRX repository
- Assist authoring teams with AEM interface expertise to ensure seamless content authoring processes
- Develop backend logic in Java/J2EE, including APIs, integrations, and microservices
- Implement Marketo integrations with AEM, addressing forms, REST APIs, tracking, lead capture, and marketing workflows
- Optimize digital assets and page performance through WebP implementation, responsive images, lazy loading, and fallback strategies
- Apply AI-driven SEO techniques, including structured data, automated metadata optimization, content recommendations, and internal linking
- Ensure compliance with Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards across AEM sites
- Create responsive front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with optional React capabilities
- Integrate AEM with third-party platforms such as analytics tools and personalization engines
