Requirements
Must:
- Mandatory certifications include CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration) and Workforce Time Interfaces certification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer focusing on Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces
- At least 8 years in Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces
- 5-7 years of experience in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment
- Strong technical and functional expertise in Workforce Management software
- Proficient in Workforce software configuration, integration, application development, and maintenance
- Significant hands-on technical experience with application development and support for enterprise Workforce implementations in mid to large-scale enterprises
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience in establishing or setting up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective
- Experience acting as a strategic liaison or technology consultant between portfolios and business units
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability for specified results
- Capacity to handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively engage stakeholders to identify needs and propose alternative solutions
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce integration with Workforce is a considerable advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for design, development, and systems integration from the initial definition phase through implementation
- Ensure that system, technical, and product architecture complies with operational, architectural, and design standards and principles
- Review technology system proposals and effectively identify system deficiencies while implementing suitable solutions
- Utilize significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to enhance solution and service delivery for both internal and external stakeholders
- Grasp complex technology concepts and employ various solutions where suitable for the engagement
- Oversee technology management and be responsible for mitigating technical risks throughout diverse projects
- Develop and adjust technical plans to fulfill evolving needs and requirements
- Ensure timely completion and approval of project deliverables
- Identify project risks and devise and implement mitigation strategies
- Demonstrate experience managing relationships with multiple vendors and technology portfolios
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to all stakeholders
