Senior Software Developer - Java & Python

- Guide architectural and design choices in collaboration with peers and product stakeholders to ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability - Write clean and maintainable code accompanied by comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and actively participate in code reviews - Design, develop, and uphold secure, scalable cloud-native APIs, services, and infrastructure, acting as a domain expert for key cloud platform components - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable the swift and reliable delivery of high-quality software - Manage and enhance containerized DevOps environments using orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) and provision cloud infrastructure via IAC - Oversee production systems, implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing), and lead incident resolution and postmortem reviews to boost reliability - Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and end users to define requirements and deliver impactful features within an agile framework - Mentor junior team members through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing - Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding resources, and tools that elevate developer productivity - Be open to diverse responsibilities, experiment with innovative methods, and support company growth beyond your primary role
