Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
- Typically, five years of relevant experience with Scrum methodologies, which usually includes a minimum of three years in an informal Scrum Master role.
- Experience in an Agile environment, including product methodologies, estimation methodologies, and scope management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Certified Scrum Professional, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Scrum Master at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will:
- Spearhead the adoption of the Scrum framework for assignments ranging from complex to highly complex.
- Cultivate and guide several self-managing teams with a compelling vision, active facilitation, and impactful coaching.
- Facilitate and enhance the value of various Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and tackle obstacles that hinder a teamβs ability to produce valuable outcomes.
- Shield the team from distractions while holding them accountable for their work.
- Measure and optimize workflow through work-in-progress (WIP) limits.
- Support Program Increment (PI) planning and align PI objectives.
- Act as a change champion, assisting the business in adapting to Agile principles.
- Customize process guidelines to maximize productivity.
- Establish and maintain the team Kanban board.
- Ensure efficient communication among the Scrum Team, Product Owner/Manager, and other stakeholders.
