Must:
I am seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer or engineer, including enterprise leadership experience. - Familiarity with open-source technologies and methodologies. - Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as waterfall, spiral, SAFe, Agile, and DevOps. - In-depth understanding of software design concepts and proficiency in application servers and middleware tools. - Proficient in relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. - Strong understanding of operating systems, particularly Linux, UNIX, and MacOS. - Expertise in web and mobile development, with the capability to design and implement effective solutions starting from broad issues. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences within the organization. - Ability to adapt to changes positively and a willingness to learn. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from design to implementation. - Experience in providing indirect leadership to teams working on technical projects. - Familiarity with agentic/orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen. - Knowledge of MLOps/workflows like MLflow and Kubeflow. - Experience with automation and low-code platforms, including Robot Framework and n8n. - Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to: - Translate our business objectives into prioritized development roadmaps and oversee planning, reviews, and release readiness across various teams. - Set and enforce engineering standards related to prompts, safety evaluations, telemetry, CI/CD, and change control processes. - Establish governed pathways for low-code/no-code environments, including data loss prevention and connector approvals. - Define reliability and cost guardrails for AI workloads and regularly review service health. - Create and maintain a reusable catalog of accelerators, including templates and bot patterns. - Lead modernization efforts and reduce technical debt while managing upgrade strategies and risk mitigation. - Mentor technical leads and collaborate with Security, Architecture Data, and Legal teams to ensure compliance throughout our processes. - Align with internal platform teams and open-source communities regarding standards.
