Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, and various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Manage and resolve support tickets utilizing tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Assist with installations of software and configuration of systems
- Monitor and enhance network performance along with basic security protocols
- Document issues and solutions thoroughly in ticketing systems
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to users
Description
We are looking for a Support Specialist to offer technical assistance to our clients and internal teams. This role demands troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network challenges while delivering top-notch customer service.
