Practice relations representative

- Foster and strengthen referral relations with general dentists and specialists in the designated territory - Conduct regular field visits through scheduled appointments and impromptu checks with dental offices - Represent our practice professionally and maintain a consistent presence in all locations within the territory - Analyze referral patterns, identify growth potential, and provide market feedback to leadership - Collaborate with surgeons and leadership to implement territory-specific growth strategies - Assist in promoting new practice openings and services through marketing campaigns - Track and report activities to inform decision-making and referral tactics - Record examples of ROI from outreach initiatives - Organize and execute Lunch & Learns, continuing education courses, and relationship-building events - Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, attendance, and execution - Assess event outcomes and report on their impact on referrals and patient volumes - Create authentic content to support marketing strategies - Manage social media content calendars, including daily posts and performance monitoring - Stay updated on social media trends and best practices for content creation - Travel within the territory to support referral development - Independently organize scheduling and trip planning across multiple locations - Keep accurate records of field activities and communications - Provide weekly activity reports as required by management
