Systems Administrator - Linux/Windows

- Design, implement, configure, secure, monitor, and manage a range of cloud-based infrastructure components across various cloud providers, such as AWS - Install, configure, secure, upgrade, and maintain multiple operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CENTOS, and Windows Server in compliance with DoD, IC, and NGA regulations - Maintain enterprise-class web analytics collection platforms using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and Apache - Troubleshoot, document, and resolve complex system, network, and database problems - Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system health checks and backups - Evaluate and deploy application and operating system security patches while maintaining logs of system issues, errors, failures, and downtime metrics - Keep hardware and software inventory updated and install software updates - Create and manage application user accounts and access controls using least privilege principles - Develop complex custom scripts for inventory tracking and reporting on official Web Inventory and associated attributes - Provide expert-level technical guidance to program and senior leadership regarding current and emerging web analytics technologies and potential challenges - Execute and document all necessary actions for achieving and maintaining a full Authority To Operate (ATO) accreditation, including implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and collaborating with accreditation authorities
