Storage Administrator - Data Management Expert

- Select, transfer, and load items onto Client networks. - Manage the transfer and loading of items between security or network domains, including the Battlefield Information Collection Exploitation System (BICES). - Ensure accurate transfer of selected items to the proper server location, updating indexes, metadata, and supporting information as necessary. - Document all transfers and perform quality assurance checks to verify item integrity. - Identify and load data/products by specified deadlines, ensuring correct presentation of text, images, and metadata in web browsers. - Serve as the final reviewer for items intended for release to the target security/network domain. - Maintain accurate records of all data and information transfers. - Collect statistics on quantities and timelines related to data transfers between domains. - Provide weekly updates to Content Management & Services Management on activities and accomplishments. - Handle ad hoc data transfer requests as needed. - Collaborate with International Liaisons based in Washington. - Support Continuity of Operations (COOP) between two Client locations. - Conduct Reliable Human Review (RHR) for all legacy product transfers. - Oversee the sharing of information products on the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR). - Plan and coordinate actions related to transportation, storage, or distribution in compliance with organizational policies and government regulations. - Submit requirements for provisioning of compute, storage, database, SharePoint, or Tableau infrastructure via Service+.
