Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements for government or intelligence community programs
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Proven experience acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled in converting business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Experience contributing to the design of mockups, wireframes, and process flow diagrams
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and document business and functional needs from government stakeholders
- Convert mission and operational demands into coherent user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Create and implement functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system capabilities
- Conduct manual functional testing, regression testing, and system validation to verify that applications satisfy requirements
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects and issues using tracking tools
- Work collaboratively with developers, quality assurance teams, product owners, and mission stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist stakeholders in validating system functionalities
- Document business processes, workflows, and system behavior
- Take part in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure solutions conform to government mission requirements, security standards, and operational workflows
