Requirements
Must:
- Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Entry-level experience (0–2 years) in automotive component development or testing is advantageous
- Familiarity with Vehicle Infotainment, Telematics, or related Vehicle Interface technologies is preferred
- Basic knowledge of C, C++, or embedded systems is a plus
- Capable of sitting for extended testing/driving periods (up to 4 hours) and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally and work overtime if necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting software issues and communicate directly with customers for technical support
- Collaborate with OEM and LGE developers to analyze specifications and facilitate feature implementation for CCU systems
- Prepare and distribute weekly updates on development progress and technical issue logs for engineering teams
- Conduct software testing and debugging on-site to uphold quality standards prior to vehicle integration
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between LGE HQ teams and the Hyundai Motor Quality Center
- Adhere to LGs internal development protocols and specific customer acceptance criteria
