Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in a related field - Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline - Demonstrated capability in crafting user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as YouTrack or Jira and Agile planning tools - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to interpret diverse instructions and data formats - Competence in understanding data requirements and relational database principles - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced software development setting - Proficiency in standard Microsoft and productivity applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) - High degree of organizational skill with effective multi-tasking and prioritization abilities - Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, or process maps using tools like LucidChart, Miro, or Balsamiq is a plus - Understanding of SQL or relational database concepts, and ability to read SQL queries is advantageous - Knowledge of financial, claims, or regulatory software sectors is preferred

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and clarify software requirements - Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow observations to elicit detailed business requirements - Convert solution-oriented requests into organized, testable business challenges - Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance business performance - Evaluate the feasibility and impact of requested changes to system functionality - Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile planning tools - Maintain requirement traceability throughout the development process - Develop visual aids like process flows, wireframes, and mockups to facilitate shared understanding - Organize tickets with relevant business and technical context to streamline development - Act as the main point of clarity for specifications during the development process - Collaborate with QA to design and evaluate test plans and user acceptance testing scenarios - Assist in UAT execution and defect triage to ensure client needs are fulfilled - Lead client and stakeholder demonstrations, gather feedback, and refine requirements - Proactively communicate changes, risks, and impacts on timelines to relevant teams - Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client engagement and discovery sessions - Identify and address incomplete or conflicting requirement elements promptly - Recommend improvements to internal documentation and requirement gathering processes - Maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders to align expectations with delivered features - Review client support feedback to identify usability issues and propose enhancements - Continuously evaluate user workflows and feedback to suggest usability and accessibility improvements across platforms
