Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IT service desk or technical support environment
- Technical expertise in desktop hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Familiarity with procurement systems and IT service frameworks such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction and service quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences
- Capability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage the process for hardware requests and incidents, including the approval and delivery of IT equipment and services
- Address and resolve operational tickets assigned to Service Operations, including reassigning them as necessary
- Analyze recurring incident trends and suggest process improvements to enhance workflows and user experiences
- Provide assistance for service issues, device performance, and operational challenges reported by users
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of IT hardware assets, from procurement to return
- Handle all aspects of mobile device lifecycle management, including new lines, upgrades, and terminations
- Keep precise records of assets and service actions in ServiceNow
- Utilize procurement systems and carrier portals to perform operational tasks effectively
- Collaborate with carriers to troubleshoot service issues and manage device upgrades
- Assist in monitoring IT procurement expenses and identifying discrepancies

This role is critical in delivering comprehensive procurement support while adhering to IT standards and service level agreements.
