Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or software engineering position
- Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python, Go, C++, or Rust)
- Strong understanding of agent-based endpoint security architectures, low-level operating system interactions (Windows, macOS, Linux), and privilege escalation mechanisms
- Familiarity with zero-trust principles, least privilege access, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)/Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) concepts
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams, particularly on technically complex products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge business objectives and technical limitations
- Proficient with Git, debugging tools, API specifications, and system design discussions
- Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT administrative processes, or security tools is highly beneficial
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical roadmap and oversee the comprehensive delivery of Privileged Endpoint Device Management (PEDM) features, from agent functionality to policy implementation
- Collaborate closely with engineering to review pull requests, troubleshoot product challenges, contribute to design choices, and assess implementation strategies
- Develop product specifications and use case scenarios guided by strong technical expertise and user understanding
- Partner with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), security teams, and IT administrators to comprehend their environments and convert their requirements into product features
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, outline user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog with detailed technical insights and scope
- Engage actively in threat modeling, performance assessments, and security evaluations for newly developed features
- Create technical documentation, release notes, API guides, and resources for sales engineering
- Analyze usage data, telemetry, and user input to guide roadmap decisions and improve the product
