Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
- At least 9 months of experience in a SAP or SCI environment within the last five years
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience in a DoD setting
- Proven experience in supporting an IT Help Desk and delivering customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored for a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with PCs, hardware, wireless networking, and software installation, testing, configuration, and operations
- Maintain documentation for workstations, network access, and systems
- Conduct administration, scheduling, and configuration for Video Teleconference (VTC) systems
- Provide support for network and client accounts, including creation and modification
- Offer multi-tier Help Desk assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Implement upgrades, modifications, and configurations for hardware and software systems
- Set up and support desktop and laptop configurations
- Diagnose and resolve system anomalies
- Prepare systems for operational deployment and assist in testing activities
- Efficiently manage IT workflows and service tickets
