Requirements

Must:
- Extensive knowledge in networking troubleshooting - Ability to test and rectify software/hardware/routing issues within customer WAN/LAN environments - Strong expertise in Routing Protocols and familiarity with various CPE vendors including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba - 3-5 years of experience in a Tier 2/3 capacity in a Network Operations Center as a network engineer - Proficient in utilizing network management tools to resolve complex networking challenges - SEC+ and CCNA certifications are mandatory (CCNP preferred) - Active Top-Secret Clearance is required

Responsibilities

- Deliver Change Management and elevated Incident Management services to GNOSC clients in a 24/7 setting - Collaborate within a team to manage incidents, conduct training, develop documentation, and engage in technical projects - Serve as the highest-ranking member of the Operations Support Staff, overseeing critical support functions
