Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational support
- Strong expertise in Power Query and Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience extracting data from ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Epicor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Effective communication skills to convey technical findings in laymans terms
- Familiarity with Power BI report creation
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as inventory management and logistics
- Knowledge of SQL or database query writing (optional)
Responsibilities
- Efficiently extract and transform large datasets from ERP systems and Power BI using Power Query and Excel
- Build, automate, and maintain data models and dashboards for operational reporting needs (e.g., inventory levels, supplier delivery timelines)
- Conduct data cleaning, normalization, and perform basic trend analysis
- Assist the supply chain team by generating regular and on-demand reports based on data-driven insights
- Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with teams to enhance data quality
- Help automate manual reporting tasks to boost operational efficiency
- Clearly communicate findings to non-technical team members
