Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Comprehensive understanding of specialization with the capability to address varied issues creatively and effectively
- Background in VHDL or Verilog
- Bachelors degree consistent with the Global Job Catalog
Responsibilities
- Engage in microprocessor and microcontroller system design
- Develop memory system designs
- Design circuits utilizing FPGA, CPLD, and PAL devices
- Conduct Ethernet and USB design, testing, and certification
- Work on digital and analog electronics, power supplies, and I/O circuits
- Utilize design tools for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Carry out board-level and system-level design verification tests
- Implement EMI noise reduction techniques and countermeasures for PCB layout
- Perform testing to meet EMC and EMI regulatory certifications
- Execute signal integrity measurements using network analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Oversee product testing for environmental and certification test standards
- Manage the prototype build process from BOM creation to build change requests
- Develop functional safety products compliant with IEC61508
