Requirements
Must:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project(s) involving the implementation of solutions utilizing development life cycles (e.g., SDLC)
- At least two (2) years in a technical leadership position, with or without direct reports
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in software development or a related area; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Strong experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in designing and implementing directory services, including PingDirectory and X.500 platforms
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and software solutions
- Capability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead complex incident support and troubleshooting for directory-related issues
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and operation of highly available directory services
- Collaborate with application engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to integrate identity data flows
- Ensure the integrity and security of identity data while maintaining service reliability
- Mentor junior team members and provide upward feedback to leadership
- Conduct and oversee projects utilizing expertise in subject areas, adhering to procedures and developing work plans
- Promote learning in others and adapt to changing demands and responsibilities
- Execute complex testing scenarios to identify application errors and confirm solutions meet specifications
- Assist in implementation and post-implementation support of business software solutions
- Provide technical guidance during systems incident responses and troubleshooting efforts
- Build and sustain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
