Requirements

Must:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in project(s) involving solution implementation applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC) - At least one (1) year in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field; minimum six (6) years of experience in software development or a relevant field, with equivalent work experience potentially substituting for degree requirements - Experience in full-cycle implementation projects related to Kronos/UKG Pro Time and Labor - Proficient in UKG Pro modules including Workforce Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Activities, Leave, and Attendance - Skilled in configuring pay rules, work rules, assignment rules, accrual codes, and profiles - Recent experience (three (3) years) in the healthcare industry is preferred - Experience in configuring products within a complex unionized environment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

- Execute work assignments and support business-specific initiatives by leveraging expertise in the subject area - Propose work plans to meet business goals and deadlines while ensuring compliance with all procedures and policies - Coordinate resource allocation to achieve priorities and deadlines effectively - Collaborate across functions to make informed business decisions and address complex problems, escalating high-priority issues when necessary - Foster self-development and promote learning among team members through proactive sharing of information and fostering relationships with stakeholders - Utilize DEVOPS, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies to design and deliver robust, secure, multi-channel, cloud-based solutions as part of the IT Engineering family - Provide insight and recommendations for technical solutions aligned with design and functional requirements - Translate business requirements into physical program designs and software solutions, collaborating with Business Analysts and team members - Assist in determining specific interfaces, methods, and procedures to support technical solutions - Lead incident support and troubleshooting efforts for both complex and straightforward issues - Facilitate component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for application projects, ensuring quality coverage and documentation - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external vendors to ensure alignment among diverse project stakeholders - Review and validate technical documentation and specifications - Collaborate with architects and software consultants to create flexible and maintainable solutions - Provide ongoing support for business software solutions, including programming enhancements for new or packaged systems - Conduct unit testing and develop documentation to identify errors and ensure solutions meet specifications - Ensure adherence to industry best practices, strategies, and architectures during software development - Mentor and develop other technical team members in software application development - Cultivate expert knowledge in database concepts and execute modifications to integrated business applications - Ensure the security and retrievability of information within specific subsets while maintaining stringent data handling procedures - Enable the integrity and searchability of information through well-structured data management and protection measures
