Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum three (3) years of experience in software development or a related area; additional applicable work experience may substitute for degree requirement - One (1) year of experience working in a capacity involving senior leadership interaction (e.g., Director level and above) - Two (2) years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and high-level solution design - Two (2) years of experience with engineering tools such as bug tracking and source control systems - One (1) year of experience in a technical leadership position, with or without direct reports - Two (2) years of experience in a large, matrixed organization - One (1) year of experience collaborating with IT vendors - Two (2) years of experience with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework - One (1) year of IT experience in developing and implementing business systems within an organization - One (1) year of development experience integrating with third-party systems - Two (2) years of experience working with web services

Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical lead for our enterprise-scale Endpoint Virtualization service - Oversee engineering design, lifecycle management, and automation for a 15,000-user VMware Horizon environment - Translate business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions - Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise applications - Facilitate implementation and maintenance of software solutions - Collaborate cross-functionally to address business challenges and enhance project outcomes - Manage priorities and deadlines while effectively communicating progress - Utilize DEVOPS, along with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, to design and deliver cloud-based solutions - Provide systems incident support and troubleshooting for varying levels of complexity - Identify required interfaces, methods, parameters, and procedures for technical solutions - Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure adherence to architectural standards - Assist in post-implementation support and enhancements for business software solutions - Conduct unit testing and support component integration testing and user acceptance testing - Develop and produce technical specifications and documentation - Ensure software solutions align with industry best practices and strategies - Participate in different phases of the software development lifecycle and utilize company methodologies - Build partnerships with IT teams and service vendors for seamless integration and solution delivery
