Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT support or operations environment - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, or four (4) years of relevant experience - Experience interacting with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) preferred - One (1) year in an informal leadership role with IT or operational teams preferred - Experience in a large matrix organization preferred - One (1) year of experience working with IT vendors preferred - Three (3) years of experience writing documentation or standard operating procedures for IT operations and support preferred - Experience providing support for client/server platforms preferred - Two (2) years experience supporting Microsoft server operating systems preferred - Two (2) years experience supporting Unix/Linux server operating systems preferred - Two (2) years experience supporting mainframes in a large organization preferred - Three (3) years experience in IT Risk Management or IT compliance preferred - Knowledge of IT intake and profiling in a support or operations context preferred - Two (2) years experience implementing or supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes or services preferred - One (1) year experience in corporate healthcare preferred - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., A+, MCP, MCSE) preferred - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL preferred

Responsibilities

- Provide first and second level support for complex technical issues - Apply current knowledge and skills to complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to guidelines - Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to address business challenges - Communicate progress and relevant information clearly with stakeholders - Recommend improvements and escalate issues when necessary - Pursue personal development and maintain effective relationships with team members - Analyze and prioritize incoming requests and alerts - Uphold customer service standards while resolving issues with products and applications - Troubleshoot moderately complex problems in collaboration with customers - Track and document service requests and their resolutions in our tracking system - Assist in meeting key performance indicators related to performance and availability - Support the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures - Maintain a knowledge repository for technical support resources - Compile information on procedures and new technologies as needed - Provide after-hours support for complex issues - Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution

This full-time role requires on-site presence, with a regular schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
