Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a comparable field
- Additional equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Five years of experience in the healthcare sector preferred
- Five years of technical expertise through software delivery, IT project management, or software/systems development
- Two to three years of experience with Epic Systems, including implementation, integration, or certification
- Three years of business relationship management at a senior leadership or executive level
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with substantial organizational impact
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop system requirements with integration from various platforms such as Kaiser Permanente managed, vendor managed, and third-party systems
- Recommend and align Georgia strategy solutions with enterprise and market systems
- Manage customer relationships onsite with key IT, clinical, and health plan executives to assess current processes and pinpoint efficiencies
- Serve as a technical expert representing the market in enterprise solution analysis initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and support for core and investment implementation efforts
- Collaborate with enterprise shared services and local support teams for customer service during implementation and post-production
- Complete work assignments by applying expertise to support business-specific projects and work plans
- Actively foster self-development and promote learning among teammates
- Develop requirements for complex systems by engaging stakeholders and coordinating with IT teams
- Utilize various business requirements methodologies to determine business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create comprehensive business cases to evaluate proposed solutions
- Offer insights that facilitate the evolution of systems and processes toward desired outcomes
- Map current processes against future state processes and analyze impacts on solution components
- Provide recommendations for integrating requirements with existing systems across regions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Assist in solution design by translating requirements into practical business solutions
- Recommend additional services needed to solve business challenges
- Participate in vendor evaluations as directed
- Support the improvement of processes by contributing to standardized tools and templates
