Requirements
Must:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in project(s) involving the implementation of solutions using development life cycles (e.g., SDLC)
- At least two (2) years in a technical leadership position, with or without direct reports
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, plus a minimum of eight (8) years in software development or a comparable area. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Two (2) years experience in a capacity requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) preferred
- Four (4) years in systems analysis, including defining technical specifications and performing high-level design for complex solutions preferred
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to manage diverse relationships and influence cross-functional teamwork
Responsibilities
- Oversee or conduct business-specific initiatives by applying expertise in the relevant field
- Promote adherence to procedures and policies while developing work plans to align with business priorities and timelines
- Coordinate resources to achieve organizational objectives, resolving complex issues and optimizing processes
- Guide projects by fostering relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and providing insights to drive progress
- Serve as a technical expert, supporting project teams throughout the software release schedules
- Translate business requirements into effective software solutions and ensure proper documentation
- Develop and execute testing scenarios to identify application errors and confirm that solutions meet specifications
- Build and sustain trusting relationships with stakeholders, including internal customers and third-party vendors
- Lead incident support and troubleshooting efforts for software issues
- Ensure implementation and support of business software solutions, providing ongoing assistance for enhancements
- Maintain technical documentation and validations while supporting component integration and user acceptance testing
