Requirements
Must:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with projects involving solution implementation utilizing development life cycles (e.g., SDLC)
- At least two (2) years in a technical leadership capacity, with or without direct reports
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of eight (8) years in software development or a related discipline; equivalent experience can substitute for the degree
- Experience engaging with senior leadership, particularly at the Director level or higher is preferred
- Four (4) years of experience in systems analysis, particularly in defining technical requirements and high-level design for intricate solutions
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, along with familiarity with DEVOPS
- Experience with AICC, SCORM, and xAPI content validation and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical communication and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise Learning Platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Translate complex business and instructional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct data analysis to identify system enhancements and optimize performance
- Manage customer collaborations regarding report management and oversee end-to-end platform feature integration
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices and guide teams in structured change management
- Lead consultations with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements
- Mentor teams in software development and Learning Platform engineering practices
- Prioritize and deliver application updates in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive environment that promotes learning from mistakes and innovation
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
