Requirements
Must:
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university program or recent graduate.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
- Exposure to healthcare analytics, AI ethics, or automation technologies is preferred.
- Interest in digital transformation and operational efficiency is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of database management, especially Access, is desirable.
- Prior office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, preparation, and tracking of various reports and summaries.
- Perform a diverse range of data collection and analysis tasks.
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests as directed.
- Prepare and/or format graphs, spreadsheets, and reports using office software.
- Maintain databases by entering data and generating data extracts regularly.
- Compile data from different sources to support project work.
- Execute existing queries for established reports.
- Schedule conference calls and meetings as needed.
- Contribute to the development of presentation materials.
- Provide administrative support for projects, including filing and data entry.
- Engage in and support project initiatives under supervision.
