Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 2 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or a similar client-facing technical role, or I possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- I possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows (Client & Server 2016-2022), IIS, and Windows services.
- I am knowledgeable in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and certificates/TLS.
- I have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL queries, backups/restores, and ODBC troubleshooting.
- I am proficient with remote support tools and secure access practices.
- I am authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- I provide expert technical and application support through phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk).
- I proactively monitor client environments, whether on-premises or in the cloud (Windows Server, IIS, Azure).
- I triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- I maintain HIPAA compliance and security best practices in all client interactions.
- I assist with on-premises and Azure-based installations, patches, configurations, and cutovers.
- I troubleshoot DICOM, HL7, and FHIR interface issues across complex healthcare IT environments.
- I utilize PowerShell and SQL for diagnostics, automation, and data extraction.
- I collaborate with clients to execute deployments and system upgrades.
- I author and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and FAQs.
- I capture product feedback and collaborate with engineering teams on product enhancements.
- I create quick-start guides and video tutorials to minimize support volume.

I will be a trusted resource for enterprise clients requiring immediate technical assistance. This role merges in-depth technical troubleshooting, client relationship management, and the chance to engage with advanced healthcare technologies. The professionals in the healthcare field rely on our software daily to provide essential patient care. My contributions will ensure these systems operate seamlessly, allowing medical teams to focus on what truly matters: improved patient outcomes.
