Requirements
Must:
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles
- Robust experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or Business Central) preferred
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking principles
- Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide IT and help desk assistance for hardware, software, and basic network challenges
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP)
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings
- Aid with system updates, upgrades, patches, and integrations
- Maintain computers, peripherals, and IT infrastructure
- Document support inquiries, solutions, and technical procedures
- Educate employees on Microsoft tools to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance systems and workflows
