Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in customer support or service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficient in interpreting pneumatic and electrical schematics
- Skilled in diagnosing issues associated with Windows systems, hardware, and basic networking configurations
- Eagerness to learn new skills and engage in continued education
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience preferred
- Experience in maintenance or field service roles is a plus
- Advanced understanding of troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled systems and equipment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows CE/10, TwinCat networking, and computer I/O concepts
- Familiarity with any programming language is advantageous; coursework in programming is beneficial
- Understanding of state machine programming and ladder logic
- Experience with motion controllers, especially Beckhoff and/or Galil, is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems, including software and operating systems
- Navigate machine programs, interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics, and use 3D models to communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain comprehensive and timely records of all support activities via ticket tracking
- Coordinate with Parts Sales, Field Service, and Engineering teams to provide clients with thorough support and solutions
- Escalate intricate issues to Level 2 Representatives or Parts Sales while managing customer expectations for follow-up
- Create and revise support documentation for both internal and customer use, ensuring accuracy and relevance

With over 75 years in business, we design and produce CNC machinery for residential, commercial, and architectural applications. We offer a supportive environment, competitive salaries ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance. Our schedule consists of Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 6:00 am to 1:30 pm, providing an early finish on Fridays.
