Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of professional experience in mixed-methods user-centered research
- Familiarity with the technology sector and current UX research trends
- Experience in conducting one-on-one interviews, concept-testing, evaluative unmoderated studies, usability testing, surveys, user personas, journey mapping, and utilizing analytics tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proactive approach with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in various research methodologies, including in-person and remote facilitation
Responsibilities
- Conduct exceptional user experience research to generate valuable insights and validate ideas through collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recruit participants for research studies
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through written documents and presentations
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations, advocating for user-centered design principles
- Contribute to enhancing UX research processes and workflows for improved efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Design, Product, and Development teams to identify and prioritize research opportunities
- Plan and implement mixed-methods user-centered research, including interviews, concept-testing, surveys, evaluative studies, and usability testing
- Actively participate in team discussions and ongoing projects
