AI Engineer (Machine Learning, Python)

- 3-5 years of experience in designing, constructing, and implementing data and AI systems in production settings - Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle from data collection and preparation to deployment and monitoring - Experience with LLM-based systems, including RAG architectures and prompt engineering - Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL, capable of writing high-quality production code - Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and AWS Sagemaker, alongside cloud-based AI/ML services and modern data platforms - Knowledge of integrating external AI APIs and developing application-layer AI services is a plus - Solid software engineering principles, with experience in CI/CD, testing methodologies, and containerization - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming vague business needs into structured AI solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clarify complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences - Demonstrated capacity for effective collaboration across Product, Engineering, BI, and Data teams - Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Proactive mindset focusing on ownership, capable of independently driving projects from conception to completion - Composure and professionalism under stress while addressing production challenges
