Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting, understanding the dynamics of managing multiple client environments
- Proficient in troubleshooting across both Mac and PC platforms
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Address support requests comprehensively for our clients through a ticketing system and phone communications
- Help manage and maintain client devices in both Mac and Windows environments using MDM and RMM tools
- Administer and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts
- Oversee networking infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems
- Conduct onsite visits within Manhattan when necessary
- Assist with various project tasks including device installations, network construction, migrations, and upgrades
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for both internal use and client communication
- Engage professionally with clients of varying technical expertise

We support mixed environments including Mac and PC, as well as both cloud and on-premises solutions. We are seeking a self-reliant Technician for a full-time, onsite role in our Manhattan office, offering a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually, along with benefits like a Simple IRA and supplemented health insurance. As a small, founder-led company, you will collaborate directly with ownership, taking charge of the technical needs of our customers, thus giving you an excellent chance to broaden your skills across diverse technologies and client scenarios.
