Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a similar field - Over 3 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or Salesforce-related positions in a professional setting - Experience in supporting business applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization - Capacity to convert intricate business requirements into technical solutions - Proficiency with process mapping and workflow design tools - Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to assist users in a dynamic environment - Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Experience managing tasks and workflows in agile environments

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical support resource for internal Salesforce users across multiple departments - Diagnose system issues, resolve user obstacles, and ensure seamless platform operation - Oversee user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security best practices - Collaborate with development teams to assess open tickets and ongoing projects - Evaluate current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest improvements - Design and document comprehensive business processes, including data flows and user journeys - Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable technological solutions - Configure and uphold Salesforce components, including objects, fields, permissions, and automation tools (Flows) - Create custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed - Ensure system scalability, efficiency, and congruity with business needs - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, drafting clear and actionable task requirements - Monitor project advancements and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders - Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation to support system continuity and user adoption
