Must:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional Business Analysis Certification(s) preferred.
- Familiarity with the operational culture of highly regulated industries.
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector is preferred.
- At least 5-8 years in a recent senior-level Business Analyst role that includes leading requirements gathering sessions.
- Strong documentation skills, including use cases, user stories, process flows, etc.
- Project experience should include software development, SaaS product implementations, and/or integrations related to software projects.
- Ability to apply structured approaches to problem-solving and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Capacity for creative thinking to generate and apply new ideas to existing issues.
- Effective decision-making based on sound criteria.
- Quick assimilation of new information and adaptability to current and future circumstances.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, I will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, writing, reviewing, and maintaining both business and technical requirements related to healthcare insurance application development projects, collaborating closely with team members. My key tasks will include:
- Planning and executing a strategy for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Engaging in business analysis to define appropriate methods for conducting activities and managing information.
- Assessing and improving business analysis performance to enhance processes where necessary.
- Preparing for elicitation activities to gather relevant information effectively.
- Conducting elicitation sessions to express and explore necessary information for changes.
- Verifying and confirming the accuracy of information collected.
- Communicating findings to ensure stakeholders share a common understanding.
- Managing collaboration among stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Tracing, maintaining, and assessing requirements to guarantee alignment and address changes over the requirement lifecycle.
- Analyzing and defining requirements and designs, ensuring they meet quality standards while aligning with business objectives.
- Engaging in various project management tasks and support for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Performing additional business tasks as assigned.

This role is hybrid, based onsite in Orange, CA. You would be required to be onsite every Wednesday and every other month on Tuesday and Thursday.
