Requirements
Must:
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience as a functional developer or lead
- Over 5 years of experience with Maximo version 7.5 or higher
- Minimum of 5 years working with IBM Maximo Asset Management application development
- Preferably 6 years of experience in software development
- Required 6 years of project management experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required
Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate complex topics to team members, stakeholders, and senior management
- Serve as a technical lead for extensive Maximo EAM or other IT implementations
- Install, implement, and deploy IBM Maximo solutions
- Tailor product functionalities to meet customer specifications
- Diagnose and resolve both technical and non-technical issues
- Suggest enhancements, corrections, or requirements for tool optimization
- Create and update documentation as necessary for the customer
