Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in using the Linux command line interface and associated tools
- Experience in creating Bash and Python scripts for process automation
- Knowledge of automation frameworks like Ansible for deployment orchestration
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within operational systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
- Competence with the Git version control system
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox
- Experience with observability and analytics platforms like Splunk
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly Keycloak
- Familiarity with secret management tools, including HashiCorp Vault
- Basic understanding of message brokers, specifically Kafka
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, PodMan, and containerd
- Some knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficient in using the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation tools for system management
- Support software and services related to High Performance Computing (HPC) systems
- Work within a Linux environment to ensure the functionality of automation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
