Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency with Linux command-line interface
- Experience in scripting with Shell, Bash, or Python
- Background in Linux administration, including software integration and service management
- Skills in configuration management and routine operational sustainment for provisioning, storage, and networking
- Knowledge of installing, configuring, and supporting commercial/open-source software within a Linux environment
- Extensive experience in software development using Java and Python
- Familiarity with stream/batch Big Data processing and analytical frameworks
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, methodologies, and tools like GitLab CI
- Competency in Infrastructure as Code principles and automation using tools such as Ansible
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker
- Ability to deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes orchestration
- Demonstrated use of system monitoring tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Proficient in Git for source code management and collaborative development
- Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA and Confluence (desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead software integration tasks and develop framework solutions
- Maintain automated infrastructure solutions to guarantee high availability and scalability of High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance the deployment pipeline
- Optimize system performance through strategic adjustments and enhancements
