Requirements
Must:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field, with a solid foundation in system-level software development.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, modern C++, and Python, and experienced in Linux development environments.
- Familiarity with build tools like Makefile and CMake, and compilers such as Clang and GCC, as well as container technologies including Kubernetes.
- In-depth understanding of software architecture, compiler toolchains, and runtime systems.
- Proven experience in developing infrastructure for AI/ML frameworks or high-performance computing setups.
- Demonstrated expertise with CUDA, GPU programming, and an understanding of TensorFlow and deep learning model interoperability is highly advantageous.
- Successful track record in creating scalable software infrastructure across various divisions or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary AI trends, including model optimization, distributed training, and inference acceleration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust software infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads across various frameworks and hardware platforms.
- Design and enhance system-level components using C, C++, and Python, while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and divisional teams to integrate AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and ONNX into a cohesive development environment.
- Oversee the creation of build systems and toolchains utilizing Makefiles, CMake, Clang, and GCC.
- Keep abreast of current software and AI developments, guiding the team in adopting new technologies and standard processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers, contributing to long-term architectural decisions.
