Software Engineer, Business Systems Analyst

- Oversee and enhance digital forms, workflows, and automated business processes serving cross-functional teams within KINKA FAMILY, including HR, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT - Design, construct, and uphold automated data flows and system connections, including form-to-SharePoint processes and associated workflow automations - Ensure the reliable and prompt transfer of operational and sales data across KINKA FAMILY systems, such as Lightspeed, NetSuite, Firebase, PostgreSQL, and other internal platforms - Identify and implement improvements to manual processes for enhanced workflow efficiency and data accuracy through automation - Assist in continuous business process enhancements by maintaining integrations and addressing workflow issues as they arise - Build, maintain, and refine internal dashboards, reporting tools, scripts, and business applications utilized across KINKA FAMILY - Create and sustain solutions using Python and TypeScript for data extraction, API integrations, process automation, image processing, and reporting needs - Regularly perform data reconciliation and support automated report generation using integrated data sources - Ensure internal tools and business applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with operational demands - Administer hosting environments, domain configurations, server-related setups, and platform infrastructure to ensure reliable performance of KINKA FAMILYs digital services - Manage and uphold code repositories, version control processes, and deployment support via GitHub and relevant development tools - Execute API testing, troubleshooting, and validation to guarantee secure and dependable integrations between business systems - Continuously monitor, investigate, and resolve technical challenges impacting internal applications, websites, digital tools, and connected platforms - Support ongoing maintenance of cloud-based and web-based systems throughout KINKA FAMILY - Assist with Smooth Commerce Loyalty by crafting campaigns, updating product offerings, and generating reports - Support OpenTable by designing experiences, adjusting restaurant floor plans, managing profiles, and addressing booking widget requirements - Maintain and update KINKA FAMILY websites via GoDaddy, WordPress, and BentoBox, including content updates, plugin maintenance, and general digital support - Implement email marketing execution through Mailchimp, including newsletter imports, audience uploads, and guest communications across KINKA FAMILY brands - Maintain KINKA FAMILYs online visibility through Google Business Profile and Apple Maps, ensuring accurate store setup and business information - Establish and manage website tags and tracking requirements using Google Tag Manager - Develop, revise, and uphold Formstack forms to support marketing campaigns and other business needs - Utilize Figma to assist with menu creation and design updates as required - Provide contributions and suggestions to the Marketing team for promotions, food highlights, digital initiatives, and AI-related opportunities
