- Drive the implementation of enhancements for Amazon Leo targeted at government users - Lead and document trade studies for team review to secure stakeholder support - Manage the delivery of programs for new SATCOM terminal and accessory development; conduct demonstrations, secure necessary government certifications, and ensure compliance with industry and Amazon Leo standards - Create and maintain program schedules, cost, and technical baselines, while tracking essential program metrics and supervising program execution - Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and support staff associated with your programs; proactively seek to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities - Organize regular team meetings focused on design and support personnel to achieve program objectives; set agendas, communicate minutes, and follow up on responsibilities - Provide monthly status reports to management, stakeholders, and clients - Present clear updates to executive management on plans, progress, and key challenges, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution of urgent matters
