Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 3 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- 10 years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within the software or Internet industries
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking (preferred)
- Experience with end-user or developer communities (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in satellite communications ground systems and operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (preferred)
- 5 years of experience working with U.S. Federal customers (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development and customers to grasp and refine their use cases and operational challenges
- Partner with Engineering to develop innovative products or features
- Draft product requirements documents informed by a deep understanding of specific customer verticals (local, state, federal, DoD, intelligence community), including use case prioritization and feature definitions
- Work alongside the leadership team to establish customer strategies and navigate high-stakes decisions between features and speed-to-market
- Explore and identify new opportunities to innovate for our customers
- Proactively address potential bottlenecks, manage risks and escalations, while balancing business requirements against technical limitations
- Compose proposals reflecting the product and service offerings of the ALG Team
