Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or a related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Product Engineer or Test Engineer
- Solid understanding of electronic hardware
- Experience with testing and analysis tools such as Kvaser-CAN, Kvaser-LIN, PCAN-USB, CAN FD Oscilloscope, DC Power Analyzer, and CANoe: VN1630A, VH6501
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and assess their technical needs through engaging discussions
- Showcase and demonstrate our products to clients
- Efficiently communicate customer requirements to the technical and Quality departments and work together to ensure solutions are validated
- Conduct tests on samples to confirm their functionality
- Visit customers on-site for technical communication, quality support (after-sales), and R&D engineering assistance, with backing from headquarters
- Create essential presentation reports with help from our headquarters
