Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience in an Application Engineer or similar position
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, industrial automation software, product sizing, Microsoft 365, and project management
- Technical expertise in automated machinery or related electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic systems
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), AC motors, PLCs, and automation software
Responsibilities
- Prepare necessary technical documentation and user manuals
- Develop specifications for new products and engineering work orders
- Visit client locations for product launches and start-ups
- Assess, select, and recommend KEB products to clients
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Create product quotes and generate sales presentations and marketing materials
- Share application insights through written and verbal communication
- Conduct product training sessions at our facility and at customer sites
