Requirements

Must:
- Expertise in requirements management and documentation - Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business and data needs - Senior-level experience in defining and documenting system and business use cases - Skilled in conducting interviews, workshops, creating use cases, workflows, and storyboarding - Ability to effectively translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation - Familiarity with SQL Server, T-SQL, scripts, and queries - Experience in performing data quality analysis, error identification, deduplication, and validation - Strong background in process modeling, wireframing, producing diagrams, and writing technical specifications - Experience in various types of testing, including functional, performance, integration, regression, UAT, and security testing - Aptitude for decomposing complex systems into testable components, identifying issues, and tracing root causes - Proven track record in maintaining documentation libraries, templates, and quality standards - Capable of serving as a liaison between business units and development teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in Azure DevOps and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in the public health or healthcare sector, with knowledge of health applications and data systems

Responsibilities

- Elicit and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders - Define and document system and business use cases to guide the development process - Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements - Create workflows, storyboards, and use case diagrams to visualize business processes - Translate gathered requirements into clear functional and technical documentation - Perform data quality analysis and validate data integrity and accuracy - Identify errors, perform deduplication, and ensure validation processes are implemented - Develop process models and technical specifications to assist the development team - Engage in comprehensive testing activities to ensure system quality and reliability - Collaborate with teams to break down complex systems into manageable test components - Keep documentation up to date, maintaining libraries and adhering to quality standards - Act as a key communicator between development teams and business units - Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively within a collaborative environment
