Must:
We are looking for candidates with a robust background in data and networking, particularly with experience in firewalls or routers. A basic understanding of port forwarding rules, 1:1 NAT, and additional security features of a firewall is essential. Experience with Cisco Meraki or other firewall systems is necessary. While a CCNA certification is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered. Candidates must be able to commute to Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
As a Managed Service Network Engineer in our team, you will be a vital link between our field technicians and end-clients. Your primary duties will include installing managed Cisco Meraki equipment, such as firewalls, switches, and wireless access points. You will analyze customer data network design requirements and adhere to customer engineering process guidelines for network engineering, documentation, and communication. Clear and precise communication with field personnel, clients, and project managers is integral to this role.
