Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in SQL Server with .NET framework and C#
- Experienced in Python programming
- Ability to analyze and develop applications for enhanced operational efficiency
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging applications
- Familiarity with database administration, including security and backup strategies
- Knowledge of system and network administration practices
- Understanding of information security policies
- Experience in providing user training and support
Responsibilities
- Analyze programming requirements and develop applications that enhance process efficiency
- Collaborate with users to identify and implement improvements to existing applications
- Conduct testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring application reliability and accuracy
- Work alongside vendors to further develop information technology systems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for both technical and end users
- Maintain databases for optimal daily operation, including security and backup measures
- Identify database malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Provide backup support for system and network operations as needed
- Act as a resource for training IT professionals in system/network administration
- Ensure compliance with state information security regulations
- Assist with computer operations and address helpdesk requests when necessary
- Develop and deliver user training aligned with new or updated applications
- Coordinate refresher training for current staff and training for new employees as needed

We are seeking an Application Developer for a 3+ month extendable contract based in Carson City, NV, with a fully onsite requirement.
