Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, IT Certifications or college education preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or related fields
- Experience supporting warehouse environments, including RF scanners and WMS systems
- Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools such as MDT or SCCM
- Knowledge of ticketing systems like ManageEngine
- Exposure to automation tools, including Power Automate and scripting workflows
- Strong communication skills and data analysis abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MAC OS troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory for user management and password resets
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, shared mailboxes, and Teams
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and scanners
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Preferred: Microsoft A+ Certification, MCP, or MCDST
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users facing technical difficulties
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on both Windows and MAC OS platforms
- Support warehouse operations including RF scanner functionality and WMS connectivity
- Diagnose and rectify Wi-Fi performance-related issues
- Set up and manage user accounts within Active Directory
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and access control requests for various systems
- Maintain and resolve VPN connectivity challenges
- Provide support for shared mailboxes and address sync issues
- Configure and deploy desktops and laptops, including imaging and updates
- Monitor and resolve duplicate user workflows, such as those caused by shared mailboxes
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference
- Escalate complex problems appropriately, while taking ownership of initial troubleshooting
- Assist with various tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Provide support in both office and warehouse settings
- Deliver multi-site support, both remotely and on-site
