Epic beacon analyst

- Ensure complex configuration and build tasks within Inpatient Applications for interfaced products and related test or procedure orders - Engage in planning and implementation activities for the assigned application, including on-site engagement, gathering specifications, identifying process gaps, demonstrating Epic foundation build, and managing risks/issues - Adhere to standards such as build guidelines, change control processes, and support incident tracking - Maintain a positive demeanor, embrace feedback, and show appreciation for team members, patients, and partners - Collaborate effectively, share information, promptly respond to communications, and anticipate the needs of colleagues - Take ownership of issues, ensuring accuracy in communications and meeting deadlines - Track and manage assigned support tickets, documenting activities and resolving issues within specified service levels - Conduct workflow analysis and design with guidance from operational leadership, facilitating the adoption of new processes - Participate in system testing by executing scripts and reporting any errors - Support departments and end-users during system upgrades and optimization activities - Complete assigned tasks under supervision within specified timelines - Utilize system knowledge to address routine issues efficiently - Actively engage in departmental meetings and contribute as a team resource - Stay updated on application knowledge related to assigned areas and leverage resources to resolve issues - Engage in testing of downtime processes, executing test scripts and assisting end users - Contribute to the development of training content for users and support formal training sessions as needed - Perform additional duties as directed.
