Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in configuring and managing IIS and IIS-hosted applications.
- Proficiency in SQL Server database querying, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, SharePoint Server, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) web development.
- Familiarity with Web API, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework ORM is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of source control systems like Git.
- Capability to pass a background check, with the possibility of additional checks as required.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Adobe tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
- Analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot complicated issues.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset suitable for dynamic project environments.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, pinpoint gaps, and collaborate with specialized teams for resolution.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee system operations for various applications and infrastructure across multiple environments, including production, pre-production, and staging.
- Collaborate with other technical entities like ICAM for authentication and vSphere for cloud resources, ensuring optimal user access and network performance for applications.
- Manage primary and secondary operational on-premises cloud environments in conjunction with existing infrastructure to facilitate failover site deployments.
- Handle the creation and management of application service accounts for REST API service use with external systems.
- Utilize extensive experience in Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, and MVC development methodologies for web-based projects.
- Provide assistance to customers and stakeholders for quarterly application enhancements, new features, and bug fixes within an Agile framework.
- Deliver end-user support for application data managers and provide query assistance to end users.
