Requirements
Must:
- At least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including over 5 years in a VP or divisional CIO capacity.
- Demonstrated success in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce sectors.
- Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 RISE), WMS, CRM, and digital platform integration.
- Strong foundation in AI, automation, and data-driven process enhancement.
- Experience in strategic vendor management and ecosystem partnerships.
- Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong financial insight and experience managing substantial IT budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with departments such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve technology-driven results.
- Prioritize and govern IT investments for measurable outcomes.
- Lead the modernization and integration of ERP, WMS, CRM, EDI, and financial systems.
- Work with Data & Analytics to embed AI and intelligent automation across platforms.
- Drive the creation of seamless global business processes and standardization.
- Establish IT governance forums and architecture review boards.
- Align IT functions with enterprise standards while customizing solutions to meet business demands.
- Oversee change management and program review processes.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to divisional leadership.
- Foster strong communication channels between IT and other business units.
- Advocate for a collaborative and inclusive IT culture.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracts to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Promote continuous improvement and mitigate technical debt.
- Ensure dependable, secure, and resilient IT operations across all infrastructure and applications.
- Maintain rigorous cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management practices.
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT leadership team.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
- Create succession plans and strengthen technical capabilities within the team.
